It is very important that you keep your owner's manual. The manual will list manufacturers' numbers that you can call for equipment problems and warranty information. Although we can assist you with your programming services, we are not always able to diagnose or help witih equipment problems.

Service calls are available for dish realignment, signal testing, etc. The service call rate is $49/hour and there is a minimum charge of $49.00 per service call.

At this time we do not do receiver repair.
